How do I know if a website or an offer for Campetr products is legitimate?

If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is. Campetr promotions and discounts are advertised in our catalogs, in our stores, at one of our authorized websites, or through several media platforms. For more details visit our new FAQs page.

Can I return something if I don’t have my receipt?

We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange. If you shop online or provide us your information when you check out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise, we require a physical receipt. For details, visit Returns & Exchanges.

How do I make a return or exchange?

If you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within one year of purchase for a refund. After one year, we will consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship. You can return an item to any Campetr Retail Store or Outlet or make your return by mail. How do I track my package?

Visit Order Status to check the status of your shipment(s). If you deleted or did not receive an email with tracking information, contact us and we’ll be glad to help.
