Campeter Warranty Statement
We support it campetr.com All products sold. We will try our best to help you. If you are not sure about the size and use of the tent, you can contact us. We will answer all your questions and provide suggestions. We like to test our products and can offer expert advice on everything from tent setup and more uses. Campetr warrants is warranted against defects in material or workmanship that cause the product to perform below the specified limits set by Campetr, to the extent that Campetr will repair or replace any parts which are found to be defective.

It is at the discretion of Campetr if a repair will be made or a replacement issued once the product has been inspected by an Campetr representative and deemed to be a genuine warrantable claim. All warranty claims must be submitted via original purchasing , unless otherwise arranged. Proof of original purchase must be presented upon request.

PLEASE NOTE
Products may be required to be returned to Campetr for assessment or repair. Campetr is not responsible for postage or removal costs involved, but assistance may be considered at the discretion of Campetr in the event of such a claim being verified.

The warranty does NOT apply where, 1) acts of neglect or misuse are evident, 2) product has been used, 3) Modification 4) for severe outdoor conditions without Campetr’s prior consent, 5) beyond the original tent manufacturer’s intended use.

Before installation of any product, please ensure you have received the correct parts for your application. Ordering of the correct parts is the responsibility of the buyer. Return of a product in an unused condition will attract a 10% restock fee, where Campetr is not at fault.

Return of used or soiled product, 1) outside warranty period, 2) without fault, will result in refusal of your claim and be returned at buyer’s expense Damage to products through fitment error is not covered under warranty.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage contingent on that failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality even if the failure does not amount to a major failure.

ACCESSORIES
Fitment should be performed by an authorized or licensed mechanic, competent with Campetr accessory installations. Special tools may be required when fitting some parts. Damage to products through fitment error is not covered under warranty. Warranty may become void when product is installed in conjunction with anything other than genuine manufacturer or Campetr components.

Products manufactured by Campetr are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period as listed in the Warranty Table. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation, failure to follow installation procedures, failure to follow maintenance guidelines, or abuse in any way.

Campetr is not responsible for consequential damages, labor costs, or freight required to return defective parts to our facilities. Our liability from all causes is limited to the goods sold.

Surface finish – There is no warranty on surface finishing, ie; powder coating, zinc plating, anodizing, ceramic coating, polishing, or painting.
